Spring 2025 Update

Dear Friends:

As government entities at all levels undergo significant changes, such transitions often generate uncertainty. However, I find optimism in the spirit of collaboration, proactive communication, and community involvement shown by citizens and civic leaders committed to ongoing service and building resilience.
